Simplify your EAA Young Eagles(R) rallies by collecting parent signatures digitally and eliminating the paperwork.
EAA(R) Digital Signature is an Experimental Aircraft Association(TM) (EAA(R)) officially-approved method for EAA Young Eagles(R) Coordinators to collect electronic signatures from parents or guardians of EAA Young Eagles(R) minor participants. This can be used in place of the printed EAA Young Eagles(R) Minor Participant waiver agreement.
This app works in conjunction with the EAA Young Eagles(R) Day registration website (YoungEaglesDay.org). Users must be a registered EAA Young Eagles(R) Coordinator and must log in to the app using your YoungEaglesDay.org credentials to use the app.
Internet connectivity is not required to collect electronic signatures. Copies of signed waivers are automatically emailed to the parent/guardian once the app syncs.

Add real time syncing

Adjust API Endpoints 16.3 03/30/2023 - Resync feature added, to allow for post event resubmission of waivers. This process will only be initiated by EAA following a technical error.
- About section added, which includes app version, last updated date, and an app feedback email address.
- Fixes to data import from YoungEaglesDay.org, and data export to YoungEaglesDay.org for pilots and youth registrants.
- Description text updates to the buttons on the waiver pages for parents with multiple youth registrants. Button now say “Skip this Youth > > > ” to indicate this waiver will be skipped and not recorded.
